WingTsun is not just a mindless series of movements so that you do not have to think too hard but a mental exercise that is surprisingly fascinating and a mental-physical training in learning a technical skill that could save your life or that of a loved one someday.

Our western world is concerned about externals like appearance, politics, petty squabbles, external medicine, pumping iron, bigger is better, media distractions, etc. Paying attention to your insides has been shown to improve your efficiency, energy and sense of well being.

The eastern world, that is, India, China, Japan, Korea have traditions that focus on the ‘internals’ that go back thousands of years before America was even a country. As adventurous and prosperous as we are as a country, perhaps we do not have ALL the answers.
