Paired practice, lead-arm defense, sticky-hands, lat-sau, then finish.

Class content varies depending on ranks present.
Information on Special Classes or extra training:
-
From time to time, we offer special classes in specific subjects such as anti-grappling with Wing Tsun concepts, realistic self-defense applications, self-defense confrontations, and dealing with weapons.
-
Private lessons are offered as instructor time permits at extra cost. Students must be attending group classes on a regular basis.
-
Private lessons are a boost to regular group training. A greater level of detail is possible because the instrructor’s attention is just on you. At the chi sau (sticky hands) grades, you get the expert’s hands on chi sau training.
Class Structure…
What To Expect
The slow movements of Wing Tsun’s first form are an ancient acknowledgement that slowing down can calm the nerves. As you move through the form, you breath slowly in through the nose and out through the mouth, expanding the diaphragm. You will learn this as your first set of movements.
It is suggested…
…that you obtain the book Wing Tsun Kuen by Leung Ting, 10th Level M.O.C. to study with us either before joining or shortly after. This is the basic book of 300+ pages and has hundreds of descriptive photos, front, side and overhead views, hard cover. This book is extremely useful as a training reference. It is Wing Tsun in the Grandmaster’s own words. It can be obtained used or new from a number of web sites:
