My passion in teaching martial arts is to guide individuals on a transformative journey through the practice of Wing Tsun kung fu (wing chun) fitness and self-defense classes. It is an art made famous by Bruce Lee and his teacher, Ip Man (Yip Man). Kungfu in general is the forerunner of newer inventions and older martial arts like karate, krav maga and mma.
