To learn Wing Tsun Kung-Fu, all of your training does not have to be an hour and a half, an hour, or even fifteen minutes!
To get your techniques installed into your muscle’s memory, you can grab just five minutes of repeated turning stance, or a splitting block or a palm-up hand and palm or any other combination for just five minutes at random times throughout the day! This can easily serve to install the techniques into your brain so that your brain and body can work together!
An easy one are the chain punches. Repeat the punch for just 20-30 total!
Still yet another can be the punch and slap block (pak dar).
Wrist circles can be another. Start now! Wing Tsun training does not have to be a formal class in a building. You can train in the countryside or in the mountains.
